1. Information Collection

To provide a premium car care experience, we collect specific data points during your interaction with hanuels.com:

• Identity: Name, phone number (OTP verified), and email address.
• Logistics: Shipping addresses and primary dispatch locations.
• Vehicle Profile: Make and model information provided in your Hanuels Profile for custom kit recommendations.

2. Third-Party Data Sync

We never sell your data. We only sync your information with professional services required to fulfill your order:

• PhonePe: Securely handles your payment session. We do not store your UPI IDs or Card numbers.
• Zoho Invoice: Automates your GST-compliant Tax Invoices using your order and contact details.
• Logistics Partners: Receives your phone number and address for door-to-step manifest delivery.

3. Secure Cookies & Analytics

We use secure cookies to maintain your active "Kit" (Cart) and "Profile" sessions. This prevents you from needing to re-login or re-add items during a single browsing session. We may use anonymized analytics to understand which Hanuels formulations are trending in specific regions.

4. Data Retention

Your "Order History" and "Logistics Archive" are stored securely in our Firestore database. This allows you to perform Instant Re-Orders of your favorite car care kits without re-entering data.

5. Your Rights

You may request the full deletion of your Hanuels Profile at any time. Upon request, all saved addresses and vehicle specs will be purged from our active databases, excluding records required for statutory tax and audit compliance via Zoho.
