1. Professional Usage & Liability

Hanuels provides professional-grade car care formulations. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Products must be applied exactly as per the instructions on the label.
• A small "patch test" on an inconspicuous area is required before full application.
• Hanuels Private Limited is not liable for damages to vehicle surfaces caused by improper dilution, application in direct sunlight, or use on unauthorized materials.

2. Commercial & GST Compliance

All transactions are governed by Indian Commercial Law.

• All listed prices are Inclusive of GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST).
• A digital Tax Invoice is automatically generated via Zoho for every successful PhonePe transaction.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Payment & Data Security

Payments are processed exclusively through PhonePe Payment Gateway. Hanuels does not store or have access to your raw UPI PIN, Credit Card numbers, or NetBanking credentials. Your financial security is handled by the gateway's encrypted infrastructure.

4. Logistics & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners (Delhivery/Shiprocket).

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Orders returned due to "Incorrect Address" or "Refused Delivery" may incur additional re-shipping charges.
• Orders generated after 5 PM IST will be dispatched the following business day.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on hanuels.com—including the design, product imagery, and chemical branding—is the exclusive property of Hanuels. Unauthorized reproduction or "Scraping" for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
