Refund & Cancellation

1. Transit Damage & Leakage
Hanuels products are professional-grade chemical consumables. While we use high-burst-strength packaging, if your product arrives with transit leakage or a broken safety seal:
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.
- Notify our logistics team at customercare@hanuels.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Upon verification, we will dispatch a free replacement for the damaged unit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of car care formulations and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened bottles/sprays.
- Products where the heat-induction seal has been tampered with.
- "Change of Mind" requests after the order has left our facility.
3. Order Cancellations
Speed is part of our logistics DNA. Orders can only be cancelled before they are moved to "Processing" or "Shipped" status in your Hanuels Profile. Once a manifest is generated, the order is locked for dispatch.
4. Refund Processing
For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed via PhonePe to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank statement.
5. Shipping Policy
All orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
6. Return Policy
We have 3 day return policy. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days. All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days
